Dear Parents,

We are getting ready to end our first nine weeks of school, and it is necessary that we schedule a parent/teacher conferences to discuss your child’s progress. In order to receive your child’s report card, you must schedule a conference time. We will have the conferences during the week of September 28th- October 2nd. Please plan for a maximum of 20 minutes for your conference. Below is a link to a Wiki page I have set up on Mrs. Caldwell’s page. You may use the page to sign up for available slots. Class Update

Hello everyone!
 It is Mrs. Sublette here to update you on all the happenings of the week. Things have been a little hectic with the transition but we sure have been having fun learning! We have been working hard on predicates and subjects this week and will be taking a quiz on it next week. Unfortunately we did not get as far as planned in our Native American study in class but will be learning a lot next week on many of the Indian Tribes. We also did not get started on Author's Purpose.  Because of this, our vocabulary will stay the same for next week for Social Studies and Language Arts. I will let you know in advance when we will be having a quiz on vocabulary but it will not happen before the week of the 14th. Thank you all for being so supportive and understanding during this transition. We have a lot of learning to do before December but we sure will have FUN doing it! Have a great THREE day weekend and I will see everyone on Tuesday.
